http://gallery.anotherpower.com/main.php/d/30133-1/DSCN3958.JPG Hi, I glued the blocks together and started to shape. The weight is heavier then I thought it would be. Adding up the cost to fabricate with a epoxy coating and considering the weight, makes it unsuitable for this project. You also mak...

Re: Gamma not working
Can it be turned or other wise formed into a suitable shape, and is it strong enough not to break up. Ian S C Hi, I did some test cuts with a cooping saw and it works well. It is very easy to shape but thin pieces are very brittle. I plan to use a high temp epoxy to glue the blocks together, then s...

Wow, great results. Thanks for posting. Are you using a water jacket on the cold cylinder?

Re: Gamma not working
Hi, I am working on adding a water jacket. I am using a inner tube. http://gallery.anotherpower.com/main.php/d/30104-1/DSCN3943.JPG The idea is from other youtube projects. I also will add a weight to the flywheel to neutralize the diaphragm resistance. I am rebuilding the project and correcting all...

Re: Gamma not working
Hi, thanks for the correction. I tried pressurizing the system and found a leak. I was only able to increase the internal pressure to 5 PSI and I can hear the leak. Working on sealing the system. Thanks again.

Results from last modifications. I am adding a water jacket, increasing the size of the displacer, and changing the power diaphragm. It still needs more suction and less friction.

Re: Gamma not working
Hi, thanks for the help and the info for optimal dimensions. I will post a drawing when I get it working. I did seal the the displacer. I am working on reducing the friction and I am just experimenting with what I have on hand at this time until I find better sized materials. Thanks again. I should ...
