Stirling Powered Tractor and Paddle Boat

Post by vamoose »

The guy in the videos made a Stirling powered Tractor and Paddle boat...
They wont break any land/water speed records, but still a great effort.
It takes a bit of time for the crafts to 'find their groove' so keep watching!

Nice, very nice indeed vamoose,

I saw these to but I think the other movies in that 'caloric16' Youtube account are also worth watching.
I like that buggy made by Mr. Malcolm Rowney a lot.

I was most impressed with his boat, with a bit more work on it, other than tightening the loose bearing, it will be quite a reasonably powerful boat, good for a day out fishing, he'll never go water skiing with it, but a worth while effort.
The tractor, if you fitted a mower to it, you'd never finish mowing the lawn, it goes about the same speed as the grass grows. Not really, it's a great effort. Ian S C
