Plans for powerful Stirling engines

Hi everyone,

So I was wondering is there any detailed drawings for Stirling engines on the internet. All I can find are drawings for toy/hobby models, and I'm looking for something to produce at least 10W-100W shaft power.

You can ask Andy Ross if he will sell you a plan. This engine of his can go up to 300w

Andy's C-60 motor at 2532 rpm 2.5 atm will produce 105.5 Watts.
D-60 3300 rpm 3 atm 200.8 Watts
It would be worth trying to Email Andy Ross, at one time you could get him on his utube site

Well unfortunately I can't find any way to contact Mr. Ross, but last night, continuing my research, I found drawings for this awesome engine:

It has all dimensions for all parts, just lacks tolerances but I guess I can work my way with that.
I am doing research on flow and temperatures of working fluid inside Stirling engines. This engine was expected to have about 35W of power but practically reached 5W. So I am planning to look into sealing and friction reduction to try and improve it.

To be honest. I don't like the heat exchanger of that engine at all.

The link went to Mini-Ecoboy. Which does not show the picture that you posted. Also that engine has helium as the working gas. That would make the engine extra complicated. I read it be better just to use regular compressed air like the ST-5.
