A Message for Ian SC - Earthquake NZ

Post by Trevor » Mon Nov 14, 2016 10:31 pm

HI Ian. I have just heard the news of a major 7.6 earthquake in your area.
I hope you are OK and get this thread as I do not know if anyone else knows of this ( I hope all will respond and give you some support) as you are well known on this forum).
The best to you and your family and pray that all things are OK with you.
Regards Trevor

Thanks Trevor, all ok here, we're a bit south of the area, we were in the centre of things 6 years ago. This one is bigger than the ones back then, but in a less populated area, although there has been some major damage in Wellington, a couple of large buildings (reasonably new ones) have copped a bit of damage, one of them houses a government department.
I was sitting at my computer just after midnight, and things started moving, and I thought oh no, here we go again. I did end up sitting up till about 4 am listening to the radio. Ian S C
