I do the hot zone by aluminum thin 0.3 mm, but my stirling engine to run at high temperatures,WHY ?? may be due to poor thermal conductivity of aluminium ???

The problem with aluminium is the conductivity is too good, also it does not stand high temperatures.

High Masaruneema. Ian knows a lot and seems to be the guru here, however, I have built a few small candle and spirit burner hot air engines over time in aluminium and they do work with small flames as candles. Ian is right when using alloy as the heat does travel up the displacer tube very quickly and can significantly reduce your output, but don't let that stop you from trying it as they do work in small models and is used quite a lot.
I will post a picture or two of the models I have made of alloy on you post tomorrow when I have the time.
