Lloyd's thesis LOW TEMPERATURE DIFFERENTIAL STIRLING ENGINE FOR POWER GENERATION is a very good read that have tons numerical graphs and charts. One can find the PDFs by Google the title as mentioned.
Another good PDF is by Normani

I just checked and Camden Miniature Steam Services are offering Vol2 of Rizzo's books as an electronic download for 15 quid:
