looks like the lazer cutter speeds things up a bit cutting things out, a mate of mine has a water jet cutter, it would cut those out, and you would'nt need to touch them, I have not used it yet, I just use the vertical mill, or a file. Ian S C

yeah, the laser would need about 10 more watts to be able to punch through the 1/2 inch metal at the right speed. he doesnt cut stuff this thick often... and when you do cut things this thick it usually doesnt need to be so small. they'll work though. just need to do a little agressive polishing. with a sand belt
