how to build one like commercial microwave kiln:

The last one is probably inspired from commercial glass microwave kiln ( with graphite coating ) :

That was truly an amazing post. I went through several emotions. First off I always wanted a small kiln, but just didn't want to dole out the money .I saw your post ,my first though was fantastic microwave kiln. Then I saw the guy with the fancy expensive microwave, I was let down. Then the guy with the instructable on doing it yourself. I was again excited.

Thanks a lot Pyroevil !

Just be very careful if you try this at home!

Safety is always of top importance. Safety equipment is necessary. Knowledge of what you are doing is vital.

Pouring of hot metals is very dangerous and potentially very explosive, especially around moisture of any kind.

Heating metal up is the easy part (for the most part).

Study everything you can get your hands on before even thinking of trying this. Then think about it again before doing it........

Stay safe.

Yes , a lot of safety most be take!
Hot liquid metal in the face ( or any place on the body ) can't be cool.
